GoGoLiberty Rider Terms of Service

These Rider Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoGoLiberty Rider mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by GoGoLiberty Transport, a service of Altare Libertas LLC and affiliated entities.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or requesting transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the GoGoLiberty platform.
1. Overview of Services
GoGoLiberty provides a digital platform that connects riders with independent drivers for transportation services and related delivery services.
The GoGoLiberty platform may facilitate:
• On-demand transportation services
• Scheduled transportation services
• Food or grocery delivery through affiliated services
• Courier services
• Communication between riders and drivers
GoGoLiberty does not provide transportation services directly. Drivers using the platform operate as independent contractors and are responsible for the transportation services they provide.
2. Rider Account Requirements
To use the GoGoLiberty platform you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain a valid payment method
• Verify your email address and phone number
• Comply with all applicable laws
You agree that all information provided to GoGoLiberty is accurate and up to date.
Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Immediately notify GoGoLiberty of unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account
GoGoLiberty is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Rider Conduct
Riders must behave respectfully toward drivers and other users of the platform.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Threats or violence
• Discriminatory language or conduct
• Illegal activities
• Attempting to avoid payment
• Damaging driver vehicles or property
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
5. Ride Requests
When requesting a ride, you agree to:
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations
• Be present at the pickup location
• Follow driver safety instructions
Drivers may cancel rides if riders fail to appear or if unsafe conditions exist.
Repeated misuse of ride requests may result in account restrictions.
6. Pricing and Payment
Ride pricing may include:
• Base fare
• Distance and time charges
• Service fees
• Applicable taxes
• Surge or demand pricing
All pricing is displayed within the app before confirming a ride request whenever possible.
Payment is processed through the platform using the rider’s saved payment method.
You authorize GoGoLiberty to charge your payment method for all completed services.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only under limited circumstances.
A rider may be eligible for a refund if:
• Payment was charged but a driver never arrived
• A technical error caused duplicate charges
• Services were not delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.
Except for the above circumstances, a non-refundable service fee of $5.00 may apply.
Repeated abuse of refund requests may result in denial of future refunds or account suspension.
8. Driver Relationship
Drivers using the platform are independent contractors and are not employees of GoGoLiberty.
GoGoLiberty does not control the manner or means by which drivers provide transportation services.
Riders understand that:
• Drivers maintain their own vehicles
• Drivers maintain their own insurance
• Drivers are responsible for operating their vehicles safely
9. Safety
GoGoLiberty encourages safe ride experiences.
Riders should:
• Confirm the driver and vehicle information before entering a vehicle
• Use in-app safety tools if necessary
• Contact emergency services when appropriate
GoGoLiberty may provide safety features but cannot guarantee the behavior of independent drivers or riders.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGoLiberty shall not be liable for:
• Driver conduct
• Accidents or injuries
• Property loss or damage
• Delays or service interruptions
• Actions of independent drivers
Use of the platform is at the rider’s own risk.
11. Insurance and Incidents
In the event of accidents, lost items, or incidents involving drivers:
• Applicable insurance policies may apply
• Riders must cooperate with investigations
• Claims may require documentation
GoGoLiberty may assist in facilitating communication but does not guarantee outcomes of insurance claims.
12. Platform Availability
GoGoLiberty may update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform at any time.
Service availability may vary depending on:
• Driver availability
• Geographic area
• Technical issues
13. Account Suspension or Termination
GoGoLiberty reserves the right to suspend or terminate rider accounts for:
• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Payment disputes
• Repeated cancellations or refund abuse
• Safety violations
14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to the GoGoLiberty Privacy Policy.
The platform may collect:
• Location data
• Device information
• Payment information
• Communication data
This information is used to operate and improve the platform.
15. Modifications to Terms
GoGoLiberty may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be posted on the platform and website.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the applicable state jurisdiction where GoGoLiberty operates.
