About GoGoLiberty Transport
The GoGoLiberty Transport has several apps under its umbrella Altare Libertas, LLC it allows independent drivers to:
• Accept passenger ride requests
• Deliver food and groceries through GoGoMunch
• Complete courier and medical delivery assignments
• Manage driver profiles and documents
• Track trip history and ratings
• Receive payouts through Stripe Connect
Drivers control when they go online and can earn income on their own schedule.
Common Support Topics
Driver Application Status
If your driver application is still under review, you may continue to update your profile and upload documents. Driving features become available once your application is approved.
Document Uploads
Drivers must upload required documents such as:
• Driver license
• Insurance
• Vehicle registration
• Vehicle inspection
• Profile photo
Additional certifications may be required depending on the driver category.
Payout and Earnings
Driver payouts are processed securely through Stripe Connect.
Drivers can:
• Set up direct deposit
• Track payout information
• View trip summaries and earnings
If you have not completed Stripe onboarding, please do so from the Payout Settings section in the app.
GoGoMunch Orders
Drivers participating in GoGoMunch can receive food and grocery delivery requests directly in the app.
Orders may include:
• Restaurant pickup
• Grocery store shopping
• Customer delivery
Drivers can accept or decline available orders.
Ride Requests
Drivers may toggle Go Online in the Driving section to begin receiving ride requests.
When a ride request is accepted, the driver will be directed to the live GPS navigation screen to begin the pickup process.
Messaging Support
Drivers can contact GoGoLiberty support directly from the Messages section of the app.
Our team may assist with:
• account issues
• payout questions
• ride or delivery concerns
• technical problems
